Please read all these Terms and Conditions carefully.
Interpretation
Customer (you): the person purchasing our Reports;
Supplier (we, our or us): 3D Printing Business Media Ltd, trading as VoxelMatters, a company registered in England and Wales under number 10417555 whose registered address is at 58 Rushden Way, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 0QG, United Kingdom;
Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Reports;
Order means the Customer’s order for the Reports from the Supplier as submitted following the step-by-step process set out on the Website;
Report means any PDF document, including but not limited to market reports, analysis and forecasts available for purchase on our website;
Website means our website www.voxelmatters.group on which the Reports are advertised.
Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all Reports via our website. You can only purchase the Reports from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.
Personal Data and Registration
When purchasing a Report via our website, you must set up a username and password. You remain responsible for all actions taken under the chosen username and password and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.
Full details of how we use and store your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. We only use your personal data to provide you with the best service possible, whether that involves tailored alerts, providing our products or services to you, or up-to-date industry information. Your data may be shared with third-party organizations where necessary to enable the fulfilment of the Report that you have purchased.
You expressly agree that we may contact you by using email or other electronic communication methods.
Ordering
Full payment is required in advance of any Report being made available.
Where an Order is made online via our website, these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be accepted, and the contract to come into existence, by placing the order.
The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you.
Where an Order has not been made online via the Website, an invoice constitutes an offer by VoxelMatters to supply Reports in accordance with the details outlined in the invoice and these Terms and Conditions. The offer shall only be deemed to be accepted upon payment of the invoice, at which point the contract will come into existence.
Access to Reports is provided once payment has been received. When a payment is made via debit/credit card or PayPal, the Report will be accessible immediately. When a payment is made by bank transfer, access to the Report will be provided within 24 hours of the funds clearing in full.
Payment
We take credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Stripe to securely handle credit card information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Please do not send card details by email as we cannot guarantee the security of this data and will not be held responsible for any fraud or identity theft.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason. In such cases, the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded.
Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
Taxes
Prices on the Website are exclusive of VAT and will be charged at the rate applicable at the time the Order is processed.
If you are a VAT-registered EU company and add your VAT number at check-out, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply and VAT will not be added to your order.
If your company is from outside of the EU, VAT will be added unless you are able to provide us with commercial evidence showing that you are in business and belong outside the UK. This includes certificates from fiscal authorities or other commercial documents indicating the nature of your activities in your home country. Refunds
Due to the nature of the information contained in our Reports, they are strictly non-refundable once they are downloaded by any user. Please consult the available information about the report or contact us at research@voxelmatters.group before you purchase.
Copyright
Unless otherwise specified, VoxelMatters is the sole and exclusive owner of all copyrights, including but not limited to the textual and graphic content and the organization, layout, and display of the information and data contained and provided in our Reports, including any documents, databases, or enquiry responses produced by 3dpbm.
Use and Licences
Access to Reports is only permitted to the person who ordered them, and where explicitly stated, additional users within the same company. You may briefly summarize the VoxelMatters research in your own words for your project team or senior-level decision-makers.
Designated users are not permitted to resell, distribute, disseminate, disclose, copy, or otherwise pass any of the information contained in VoxelMatters reports to persons outside of the organization that has acquired the license to access the content.
In no case may any of the information be distributed outside the designated users’ organization, including posting on social media, or used with, or provided to, any external clients, consultants, or suppliers, unless specifically authorized in writing by VoxelMatters. Wherever and whenever documents or data, or any portion thereof, are disseminated with our express written permission, you must add the following copyright notice: “© VoxelMatters www.voxelmatters.report“
You agree to pay VoxelMatters any difference which may be due, including potential loss of earnings, if you make the materials more widely accessible without our written permission to do so.
Liability
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. You acknowledge that in making your purchase you do not rely on, and shall have no remedies in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms and Conditions. All implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability which cannot legally be limited.
We have used our best efforts and judgment to ensure to the best of our ability that the information, analysis, data, and opinions (the Content) contained in VoxelMatters Reports and any other documents and databases provided as part of a Consultancy project is accurate. However, the industry information we cover is subject to rapid change. In any event, we make no representations or warranties express or implied, concerning or relating to the accuracy of the Content.
We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise: (i) in relation to claims concerning the Content in whichever way the Content has been used by the Client; or (ii) for any loss of profits or savings, loss of contracts, loss of use of facilities or equipment, loss of data or software, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss.
Our total liability to the Customer including liability in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall not exceed the total subscription price it has paid to VoxelMatters.
Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. VoxelMatters and the Customer each irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
